Whether you are a solo or small law firm, at some point you’re going to need some help. Receptionist. Legal assistant. Office manager. Another lawyer to expand a practice area. So this month, we’re taking a look at successful hiring strategies.
Job descriptions. Publicizing openings. Reviewing resumes. On boarding. Evaluation.
Some methods may work better than others for you, and there may be a bit of trial and error. As with many other things when running a solo or small law firm, it helps to learn from others experiences.
